Disable security warning
Everytime you open a file (usually a .EXE or .BAT or .VBS) from a network path you get a Security Warning that ask you if you want to run this file.
The following box message will appear
Open file - Security warning
The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want run this software?
Run the file?
Name: XXXXXXXXX
Publisher: YYYYYYYY
Type: Application
From: C:\ZZZZZZZZZ or 192.168.0.3
It can be disabled using this trick; when the Windows security alert appears, remove the check mark next to Avvisa sempre prima di aprile questo file.
Also, you can prevent this prompt from appearing, add the IP / fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of the network share to your Intranet or Trusted Zone in Internet Explorer.
In this case, click on START > RUN and type INETCPL.CPL
Then click on Ok button.
A dialog box will be appeared.
Select the Security tab, Trusted sites.
Click Sites button.
Add the IP address of the network computer (for example: 192.168.0.3) as your Trusted zone.
Click OK, again OK and close the dialog box.
Restart the computer.
