Remove a print job from Windows XP

Cannot you delete print jobs from the print queue in Windows XP?

Try opening a command prompt (Click Start > Run > type CMD in the window) and entering the command "net stop spooler" without quotes.
After the service stops, enter "net start spooler", without quotes, to restart the print spooler.
